About me

I became a counsellor to help people make more sense of the challenges they face in their lives and find their own way towards living as they want to. I have particular experience of working with people with ASD or Asperger's and with Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA).

Alongside my private practice in Newbury, I work in a school for young people with Autism and for a charity.

Training and Accreditation

I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and i am bound by it's Code of Practice and Ethics. I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling from the University of Oxford and have trained further in short-term work.
